**Qualifications & experience**
- Agents Representative Certificate preferred (or willing to obtain)
- Experience in administration preferred
- Strong communication skills (both verbal & written)
- Excellent organisational skills
- High level of initiative
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Immaculate presentation and well spoken

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Answering phones & distributing messages in a professional & efficient manner
- Assisting with property management & sales queries
- Greeting clients in a friendly manner as a first point of contact
Diary management
- Assist with co-ordination of marketing for rentals and sales and the office in general
- Data entry and basic office duties
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism
