Australia Rise Bakery Full time

This is a long term position - we _will not consider_ any applicants who are unable to stay in the business for more than 12 months.

This position is available as either full-time or casual if you prefer. You must have at least 2 years of hospitality management experience.

Known for our excellence in providing Gold Coast's finest cakes and patisseries, Rise Bakery aims to provide the highest standards across all aspects of the business. We are a passionate small business and looking to hire someone with previous experience in a hospitality managerial position, outstanding customer service skills, initiative and a love of patisserie and French food. You do not need to speak French, however any interest or prior experience with French cuisine is helpful.

Our Supervisor must be willing to work the majority of their role as a hands-on position in the cafe, and is responsible for:

- day to day management and training of the casual staff
- customer orders, feedback and complaints
- full product knowledge, including allergens and ingredients of all pastries/cakes/savouries
- staff training, troubleshooting and updating for all iPads/software systems in use.
- managing and dispatching cake orders
- receiving and handling phone calls
