**The Opportunity**:
We're searching for a Billing & Practice Assistant on behalf of our client, a world class brand and leading law firm.
Sitting within the firm's Disputes department supporting a Senior Partner in a 1:1 ratio, the successful applicant will undertake high volume, complex billing management and administration, reporting, forecasting, and matter management.
Liaising with the wider team and collaborating with an accomplished Administrative Assistant, this position sits within one of the most prestigious and successful litigation practices in the country.
This is a full-time role with daily hours of 9am - 5:30pm with flexibility to work remotely once or twice a week.

**The Requirements**:
Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications which individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:

- Previous experience of working in a similar role within a professional services organisation and supporting multiple fee earners;
- Demonstrated proficiency utilising legal billing and file management software;
- Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work to multiple and conflicting priorities;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong work ethic with the ability to take initiative with processes and build relationships with your team and contact.
