About the Opportunity
Join the St Vincent's Private Hospital Brisbane team as Administration Officer in our Patient Administration Services department at our Kangaroo Point location.
You will bring your passion to the position where you will work across various specialities within the Hospital.
Responsibilities
Hospital Reception and switchboard operations
Perform a wide range of administrative duties across the hospital, including reception, admissions, medical records and ward clerk relief
Support the clinical team with administrative duties in providing services to our patients
This roving role ensures that no two days are the same, offering you a diverse and engaging work experience

Required Skills and Qualifications
Permanent full-time availability (38 hours per week)
Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on integrity, efficiency and accuracy
Effective organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
Strong work ethic and good understanding of patient confidentiality
Adaptable to changing priorities, with the ability to shift focus day to day
Must be available to work between the hours of 6:30am and 7:30pm
