The Role
We are actively seeking a Brisbane based Civil/Environmental Engineering Graduate or Environmental Scientist with an interest in Waste Management, Resource Recovery and Circular Economy principles to join our growing business.
This diverse and interesting role will require a mix of working onsite and in the office. The role will be responsible for a range of tasks including report writing, environmental monitoring, supporting proposal development and input to various waste management and resource recovery projects and potentially onsite construction quality assurance at waste facility sites. This is a great opportunity to be mentored by industry experts and develop a long-term career with a global company.
About You
We're interested in hearing from Civil or Environmental Graduates with a passion for improving waste management processes. You will have a degree in environmental science and/or engineering and have had some exposure or interest to the waste and resource recovery industry is preferred.
To be considered for this role, you will be, or have:
- Enthusiasm for a career in Waste and Resource Recovery, underpinned by a knowledge and understanding of this sector
- Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science or Engineering (minimum credit average)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a diverse and multi-disciplinary environment
- Enjoy working outdoors
- Well-developed report writing skills
- QLD Driver's license
