NextGen Jobs has an exciting opportunity for an individual wanting to pursue a Business Administration Traineeship This position will support the Client Services team at the head office of the Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (GMCT).

**POSITION OVERVIEW**
The Client Services Trainee will assist the Client Services team at Fawkner Memorial Park in educating and guiding families through the selection and purchase of GMCT products and services.
**Position Objectives**
- Develop a range of administration and customer service skills
- Within a team, employ learnt skills to undertake general administration duties that ensures a high quality customer service is provided
- Complete a **one year traineeship** and obtain a qualification in business
**Key Responsibilities**
- General Administration duties including but not limited to:
- Processing of right of interment transfers
- Processing of refund requests
- Distributing incoming calls for client services from the contact centre
- Processing plaque orders as required
- Location searches
- Printing, scanning and filing documents
- Prepare documents and business material as required
- Follow business policies and procedures
- Attend meetings and relevant training
- Complete study and training associated with the Certificate III in Business
