What You'll Be Doing: ? For the love of safety, you'll partner with teams across the business to drive best-practice WHS initiatives.
? Supporting and educating leaders to create a proactive safety culture.
? Conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and implementing effective safety solutions.
? Keeping us ahead of industry standards by staying up to date with WHS legislation.
? Championing a positive safety culture—because we care about our people
What We're Looking For: ? A strong background in workplace health & safety, ideally in a retail or multi-site environment.
? Experience partnering with stakeholders to embed WHS best practices.
? A warm and engaging approach—you'll be working with teams across the business.
? Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
? Formal WHS qualifications (or equivalent experience).
