Reporting to the Global Products Manager, this role presents an excellent opportunity for a motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our high-performing team onsite at our Mt Thorley site.

The purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact for our potential and existing mining customers in the assigned region. This role is responsible for providing information and product support with the aim of expanding our sales.

**The main responsibilities of the role include**:

- **Maintains regular contact with customers and potential customers to evaluate needs or promote Hedweld products and services**:

- **Maintains accurate customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database**:

- **Carries out Audits of Hedweld equipment and recommends replacement parts**:

- **Liases with internal and external stakeholders to manage and determine delivery date and schedules**:

- **Attends site to discuss customer issues with component handling and potential solutions from Hedweld product or potential for new product / project**:

- **Oversees installation of equipment, and commissions equipment, and conducts training on site in the use of equipment**:

- **Provides first point of contact for ongoing support to customers regarding operational proper use issues, maintenance requirements**:

- **Provides sales reporting to executive team**

**About You**:

- **Proven track record in Sales and Customer Service**:

- **Min 2 years' experience in similar role**:

- **Driver's License**:

- **Trade / Technical qualification or background**:

- **Knowledge of Mining and Earth-moving Equipment**:

- **Cert 4 TAA**:

- **Experience with an ERP system**
