**About this Opportunity**

We are seeking to recruit **Blowmoulding Operator** for our site in Clarence Gardens.

This position works under routine supervision either individually or in a team environment.

We are looking for someone who is positive, engaging and wants to look after his teammates.

**What skills do we need?**
- Operation of the moulder including start up, shut down and emergency shutdown functions.
- Exercises discretion within their level of skills and training
- Basic problem solving skills, including addressing product quality issues through minor adjustment of moulder under direction and supervision of the team leader - blowmoulding
- Ensures quality of product, escalates any product issues to the team leader
- blowmoulding for resolution
- Experience using the Fork-lift (current license)

**At this level, you may need to perform the following tasks or have the following skills**:

- Operates with flexibility between assembly/process stations
- operates machinery and equipment requiring the exercise of skill, knowledge and discretion beyond that of an employee at level 2
- receiving, dispatching, distribution, sorting, checking, packing
- basic inventory control in the context of a production process
- basic keyboard skills
- operation of mobile equipment including fork-lifts, hand trolleys and pallet trucks
- ability to measure accurately using gauges and meters
- maintaining records
- Basic GMP
- Meets and exceeds established efficiency targets
- Knowledge of GMP

You must have good written and oral communication skills, be self-motivated, have a strong focus on safety, environment and quality and be able to work as part of an effective team.
