Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup: Prepare machines for production and trials, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Machine Operation: Insert dies, select temperatures, set parameters, and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Quality Control: Conduct checks before production begins to ensure products meet high-quality standards.
• Efficiency: Optimize machine cycle times and minimize waste for improved manufacturing efficiency.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance, address equipment breakdowns, and reduce downtime.
• Collaboration: Work with the Production Team to maintain production quantities and meet deadlines.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a safe and tidy workspace, adhering to site standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Hands-on experience in a similar role, with demonstrated injection mould setting experience.
• Solid mechanical/technical knowledge with strong problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Self-motivation and the ability to operate autonomously.
• A strong focus on safety and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in quality control (QC).
• Current forklift license.
• The right to work in Australia.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
