We are currently seeking an experienced Allocator to join our Packaged Products team based at Clyde, NSW

At Cement Australia, our Fleet Allocators play a critical role in making sure we delight our customers.

This role can be called different things at different companies _"Allocations, Dispatch, Transport or Fleet Coordinator"_...either way, the end goal is the same. You do everything you can to make sure the right product is delivered safely and on time to our customers, providing the best experience possible for all stakeholders.

**About the role**:
You will support the "on the day" execution of the delivery plan. Problem solving is what you do best and you'll use those skills to quickly adapt plans, negotiate, make changes and update stakeholders when issues arise.

This is no simple undertaking and you'll be challenged as you multi-task and prioritise under pressure, with timing on deliveries often critical to our customers' business needs.

This is a Monday to Friday role, 8am - 4pm.

**About you**:

- Experience in transport or logistics, ideally within the cement or concreting industry
- Experience in vehicle/load allocations
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to identify & action problem and multi-task/prioritise under time pressures
- Industry or other qualifications e.g. Cert IV in Logistics would be beneficial however not essential
- Strong team focus and ability to build relationships with people quickly
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills that will enable you to build & maintain customer relationships, with the confidence to contact our customer base to bolster fleet allocations as required
- Good geographical knowledge of NSW in accordance with our run schedules
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and ideally experience with an ERP system e.g. SAP
- BFM is advantageous, but not essential
