We have a rare opportunity to join a fantastic Not-For-Profit organisation based in Brisbane. Joining a close knit team working on an exciting project, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of training and professional development activities for group-based program facilitators.

This opportunity is a temporary contract running for 6 months and offers hybrid working

**Your day to day**:

- Lead the development and delivery of quality training processes, systems and online modules
- Lead the recruitment, training and support of group facilitators
- Develop and review training resources to align with program development and update in the online platform
- Work with various stakeholders to develop and deliver quality professional development opportunities, support training of health workers and contribute to research and development
- Work with First Nations Lead to support training updates of First Nations facilitators and the development of platform adaptations.
- Identifie gaps and opportunities for continuous quality improvement.
- Contribute to the design, development and evaluation of pilot offerings and professional development opportunities to inform future direction and quality improvement activities.
- Contribute to the development of and manage facilitator training and development budget
- Keep the training portal up to date and aligned to data informed decisions and program developments

**About you**:

- Qualification/s in health promotion, public health, or allied health.
- Experience in the development and delivery of training programs and modules
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience leading and working collaboratively with people
- Excellent planning, administrative and organisational skills.

This position is based primarily at the Brisbane office however you may be required to travel and work outside of usual business hours.
