The Australian Society of Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery is seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Coordinator to support the coordination, administration, and delivery of its trainee program.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the trainee journey from selection to completion of the program. This includes acting as the first point of contact for trainee enquiries in relation to training and assessment matters, participating in relevant committee or stakeholder meetings and conferences, and ensuring trainees adhere to curriculum, work-based assessments, examinations and accreditation.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience within education/project coordination preferably in health, higher education or not-for-profit organisation;
- Outstanding organisational, time management and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks at once;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to produce appropriate correspondence, reports, agendas and minutes;
- Strong administration skills with the ability to confidently use MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and quickly pick up new technologies.
