As an Account Manager at Nokia, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for large and medium-sized customers within a global or regional context.

Join our CNS Enterprise WAN as a strategic sales professional focused on delivering impactful Enterprise Core Solutions, Business Applications, Mission Critical Push To Talk and Advanced Consulting Services.
You will leverage your 'hunter' mindset to develop and execute account strategies, driving new business opportunities in WAN sectors like Public Safety, Utilities, Smart Cities & others.

This is your chance to be part of a mission-driven team shaping a more productive and sustainable world through cutting-edge technology.Develop CNS Enterprise sales strategy and sales execution plans for the assigned territory with an adaptable and flexible approach and a growth mindset, as well as striving to achieve and exceed assigned orders and revenue target(s).
Continuously generate, develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities in CRM that supports the achievement of assigned financial target(s).
This also includes maintaining an accurate bottoms-up order intake forecast at the opportunity level in CRM.
Be a trusted advisor to the customer/s with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior executives at customer organizations to align with corporate goals.Lead pricing strategy and contract negotiations, ensuring competitive offers that deliver value to both customers and Nokia.Contribute to sales and operational strategy enhancements to sustain Nokia's competitive edge in the market.Influence critical strategic business decisions within assigned portfolio or geography for better customer outcomes.Develop innovative sales approaches to solve complex client challenges and differentiate Nokia's solutions.Guide and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve collaborative objectives, ensuring effective resource management and risk oversight.You have:8-12 years of proven sales experience in cloud native core & software technology particularly in enterprise segments(Public Safety, Defense, Utilities, Smart Cities), with a demonstrated capability to build trusted CxO relationships.Strong understanding of customer needs and competitive landscapeAbility to understand at a high level the technical value proposition and then translate it into a business value position (i.e., consultative sales approach for selling solutions).
