Some of our largest customers are household names in grocery, pharmaceutical, and parcel delivery, and in the e-commerce online shopping businesses.

We have an exciting opportunity for a technical expert to repair and configure electronic equipment including mobile computing devices sold and serviced by Dematic. This role will manage the receipt and dispatch of equipment and liaise regularly with the customers to ensure all repair expectations are met.

This position is permanent full time and is based in our Belrose office.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities- Repair electronic equipment in the service centre and test to ensure it is in line with quality and service standards- Ensure all equipment is functional and correctly configured to latest current standards- Ensure all paperwork and reports are complete and submitted on time and are correct- Review and understand previous repair history and act accordingly- Accurate diagnosis, accurate documented description of repair work undertaken- Report on possible parts issues, safety concerns or customer issues- Keep up to date with current product range and repair techniques and ensure technical skills honed- Provide feedback, support and guidance where required to new staff members

About You- Technical aptitude and prior experience in mobile computer repair and configuration- Tertiary qualifications in an electronics or computer discipline highly regarded- Ability to analyse/trouble shoot problems under pressure- Good understanding of wireless products and networks- Good communication skills
