About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our Gepps Cross Board Plant.
This is a full-time permanent role with the option of straight Day shift 6am - 4pm Monday - Friday or on a rotating day / afternoon roster as below: 1 week Day Shift: Monday – Friday 6am – 4pm 1 week Afternoon Shift: Monday – Friday 4pm – 4am Daily overtime applies after first 8 hours, RDO accrued monthly and Saturday's available at penalty rates Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll play a vital role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on production machinery.
Working with the production team and fitters to resolve issues with minimal downtime.
Contribute to project work, including installation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Work with PLCs, LV and HV systems monitoring and diagnosis.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing.
