We're on the lookout for an experienced and motivated **Farm Hand** to join our growing team. If you have a background in farming and a passion for animal welfare, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

**About the Role**
As a key member of the team, you'll support the daily operations of the farm, help maintain equipment and machinery, and ensure the property is kept in a safe, functional state. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys outdoor work and takes pride in doing the job right.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the day-to-day operations
- Support animal health, welfare, and growth
- Operate farm machinery safely and effectively
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on equipment
- Maintain paddocks, fences, and farm infrastructure

**About You**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience on a farm (essential)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence in operating farm equipment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
- A proactive attitude with a focus on safety and animal welfare

**Desirable Experience (not essential but highly regarded)**:

- Experience in truck driving ( hr / hc license)
- Bobcat and excavation experience
