**Your Impact**
Asahi Beverages is now on the lookout for a Field Service Manager to join our team looking after the Greater Brisbane Area. This role will see you be responsible for effectively managing a team of service technicians and warehouse coordinators in the servicing and repairing of beverage equipment for our customer base across the region.

**Key responsibilities**
The key duties of the position include, but are not limited to:

- Effectively develop, coach, and support the team to ensure alignment with business processes
- Ensure the appropriate training of new employees and the ongoing training of all employees to ensure consistent standards and ways of working
- Working in the field with your team, completing audits and inspection of equipment to ensure best practice is upheld
- Implement and maintain the levels of service required across the different customers and equipment types, as agreed with the Commercial teams
- Achieve key KPI's (i.e., reduced number of equipment breakdown calls, calls attended within SLA's) in line with National standards in service
- Manage a structured preventative/predictive maintenance program to drive a reduction in reactive service calls
- Optimise resources across reactive servicing and proactive servicing
- Effectively manage compliance on all aspects of service management - safety standards, regulatory requirements, ways of working

The successful applicant for this position will be able to demonstrate the following:

- You have a natural ability to lead and influence others at all levels, tailoring your style of communication to best suit individual situations
- You have a strong background in management, 5+ years of experience
- You possess a well-developed understanding of contemporary practices including reliability centred maintenance
- You are an excellent communicator (verbal & written) - able to confidently articulate verbal communication with a broad spectrum of stakeholders
- You have excellent problem-solving skills - you can identify issues and make rapid and appropriate decisions to mitigate appropriately
- You possess well developed project management capability - taking responsibility for effective implementation and delivery
