**The Role**

Spotless has recently won a major contract to provide Estate Maintenance and Operation Services (EMOS) for the Department of Defence. We currently have an opportunity for self-motivated, reliable Range Supervisor based at Shoalwater Bay. This position is responsible for the supervision of Range and Training Area services within the Base Service Area or Base in the region to the satisfaction of the requirements of the Defence EMOS Contract.

**This Full-Time role will report to the EMOS Manager, you will deliver a range of services including but not limited to**:

- Deliver Range and Training Area management services within the Base Service Area in the region as specified in the Contract Management Plan and any subsequent amendments
- Ensure the provision of appropriately trained personnel to deliver the Range and Training Area services.
- Develop, implement and supervise appropriate procedures to ensure the safe and effective delivery of all services in support of Range and Training Area management.
- Proactively supervise the development of staff in all elements associated with the delivery of Range and Training Area management services.

**Skills and Experience**
- Certificate IV Workplace Trainer and Assessor.
- MR &/or HR Licence
- WHS Workplace Hazard Assessor competencies.
- Fire Qualifications in Wildfire Response and Suppression
- Workplace First Aid qualification
- Must be an Australian citizen and obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance.
- Boat Licence
- Experience in the management of military ranges and training areas or other similar experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including customer service/customer relations ability
