As a Christian school, we seek staff committed to living out their faith and supporting the school's mission and values.The ideal candidate will:Demonstrate a strong understanding of, or willingness to learn, Explicit Direct Instruction (EDI) practicesBe highly organized with strong attention to detailSet and maintain consistent and fair classroom expectationsFoster a positive, engaging, and structured learning environmentBe a committed Christian, actively involved in a local church and able to affirm the school's Statement of FaithApplicants should be committed to professional growth, collaborative practice, and upholding Christian values.The role is set to start Term 1, 2026, but could commence earlier (open to negotiation).
