**Description**:
**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a casual Trainer/Assessor to deliver CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability) 2 days per week within a face-to-face classroom setting in Wollongong. This role offers a great daily rate, and YOU will be supported by one of our dedicated and experienced Program Coordinators. Ongoing work available

Must be available to deliver across 2 consecutive days, Thursday, and Fridays in Wollongong.

**You will need to have**:
Current qualifications to deliver CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability)
Relevant and current industry experience in Aged Care/ Disability
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
Demonstrated experience in face-to-face delivery and assessment of training programs
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in relevant vocational industry including demonstrated experience in training and assessment in a competency-based training environment and an understanding of nationally endorsed Training Packages and accredited courses.
Demonstrated experience with VET Quality Framework and understanding of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015.
High level of interpersonal and communications skills
Working with Children Check

As the casual/contract trainer your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Conducting training and assessments, student support, tracking, and reporting student attendance and completing relevant administrative tasks.
