**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to supervise our Pickles Live team that is based between our Head Office in Belmore, 2192 and our branch at Milperra, 2214. This position is full time working between Monday - Friday.**In this busy role, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Supervise the efficient operation of the Pickles Live Operators and ensure they deliver outstanding results
- Accurately and effectively schedule the Pickles Live team on a rotational basis according to the weekly auction schedule and ensuring coverage for employees on leave
- Perform management responsibilities such as coach and mentor staff, calculate hours, complete timesheets, and monitor performance
- Liaise effectively with relevant employees at our branches regarding auction bidding
- Perform data entry and auction duties, and train new employees on processes
- Complete web updates for sales on company website
- Coordinate and complete administration for vehicle inspection services
- Update and maintain administration and management files in Microsoft excel and word
- Verify documents for customers setting up Pickles Accounts including checking identification documents
- Provide reception support including completing duties such as arranging couriers, assisting staff and customers, arranging catering, and managing mail distribution where needed
- General administrative duties associated with the auction process
- Answer customer and vendor enquiries politely, promptly and accurately

**ABOUT YOU**

**To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience**:

- Experience in a previous supervisor position and demonstrated leadership skills
- Experience with scheduling and managing casual staff
- Self-motivated, flexible and reliable.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proven interpersonal & client relationship skills
- Competent computer skills (MS Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Efficient, organised and able to prioritise competing deadlines
