There has never been a more exciting time to join Hanes Brands, as we are on the lookout for a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to come on-board & join our retail recruitment team. Reporting to the Retail Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment of retail management roles across our Sheridan, Bonds and Bras n Things brands for a particular geographical location. You will be supported in this portfolio by a Recruitment Coordinator who will oversee & manage our store sales assistant vacancies.

**What experience do I have?**
- Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition Advisor role or equivalent
- Energy and drive, tenacity and resilience - you enjoy high volume recruitment

- you enjoy consulting and collaborating with hiring managers
