We currently have an opportunity for an **Area Manager **to join our team, with relevant Building / Building Services background. This position will support the Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture (RRJV), which is a 50/50 joint venture between Downer and CPB Contractors to undertake major upgrades and replacement of existing infrastructure and facilities.
- This is a site-based role for the Albury-Wodonga area, with relocation packages being offered._

**What you'll bring**
- Australian Citizenship, and hold or able to obtain a Government Security Clearance (must have)
- A relevant Engineering Degree or relevant tertiary qualifications (TAFE or similar)
- Proven experience in a similar role on a large complex building or infrastructure project, managing multidisciplinary teams
- Good Commercial acumen, with experience in planning, risk management, and cost control
