Casual Customer Advisor - Atherton Tablelands, QLD
Casual Branch Customer Advisor role at NAB for Atherton Tablelands, QLD (NAB Thursday Island, Queensland, Australia).
Responsibilities
Support NAB's Ravenshoe, Atherton and Mareeba branches by being the first point of contact for customers; put the customer at the centre of everything you do.
Identify the most suitable products and services for customers (e.g., account opening, unsecured lending, banking transactions).
Demonstrate Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to make banking simple, easy, and secure.
Hours
Candidates must be available to work 1-3 days per week when required: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9:15am–4:15pm and Thursday 9:15am–5:15pm. The first 4 weeks will require full-time availability Monday to Friday for training and onboarding.
