We are proudly part of the ForHealth Group.The Role - We are looking for a Part time Practice Nurse to join our Karratha practice to be a key team member working collaboratively with an experienced team of Nurses and General Practitioners, providing high quality and comprehensive care for all patients.ResponsibilitiesPerforming health assessmentsAdministering vaccinesPost vaccination observations and monitoringTriaging patients and prioritization of emergency situationsAssisting GP with minor proceduresCoordination, management, and maintenance of patient clinical dataWound dressings and removal of suturesHealth education and coaching to support patients with achievement of their goalsThe Successful CandidateAHPRA registered Enrolled or Registered NurseProven prior experience in General Practice or an acute settingKnowledge of Health Assessment is highly regardedStrong organisational and time management skillsOutstanding communication and customer service skillsA passion for people and a personable approachThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of an outstanding work environment in a purpose and values-driven Company that invests in its people through training and development and internal promotion.Employment detailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Part-timeJob function: Health Care ProviderIndustries: Hospitals and Health CareLocations: Roebourne, Western Australia, Australia; Burrup, Western Australia, Australia
