Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager in a fast paced FMCG retailer is essential.
- At least two years retail management experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Can handle a large amount of customers, and have high traffic experience
- Must have a strong work ethic
- Must be customer centric and very hands on
- Motivated to help the store achieve their customer service expectations
- The ability to drive KPI's
- Strong inventory management knowledge
- Great eye for detail and merchandising skills
- Proven experience managing a small team
- A love of pets
