  • Lead a close-knit, KPI-driven crew, drive results with sharp time management, safety smarts, and hands-on leadership, and build a self-sufficient team that runs like a well-oiled machine.
  • Mechanical experience is a bonus, not a must. We welcome a variety of skills and encourage anyone interested to apply.
Responsibilities
  • Maximise sales and ensure seamless store operations while fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for the team.
  • Lead by example with exceptional customer service and a commitment to safety and WHS compliance.
  • Oversee stock control, visual merchandising, loss prevention, performance reporting, and day-to-day retail management.
  • Provide leadership to recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team; focus on coaching and succession planning.

Requirements / Qualifications
  • Proven retail management experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing team
  • Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting
  • Commitment to safety and WHS compliance
