**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily allocations of duties and task management.
- Team member training and development.
- Co-ordination of workforce to meet daily deadlines.
- Delivering efficient preparation, cleanliness and immaculate presentation of guest rooms in accordance with our high standards and guest expectations.
- Effective time management capabilities with a methodical management style.
- Attend to guest enquiries and requests, communicating with guests in a hospitable, yet professional manner.
