Ozone CPS is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor who will be responsible for managing and leading the housekeeping team at one of our premium hotels in Brisbane, QLD.

You must have leadership experience, excellent customer service skills and a passion for working with people.

**The Role**:

- Full time, permanent role
- Must have flexibility to work weekends (40hrs per week/5 days)
- Based in Brisbane CBD

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Housekeeping supervisor/manager
- Valid working rights in Australia
- Previous 5 star hotel experience required

**Key Position Responsibilities**:

- Ensure your team is cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and hotel public areas to the highest cleanliness standards.
- Establish and implement operational procedures and standards.
- Manage the hiring of, rostering, and performance of employees.
- Train and mentor the Housekeeping team.
- Plan and coordinate activities of the Housekeeping team.
- Inspect all assigned areas to ensure standards are met and maintained.
- Set and adhere to budget controls.
- Work closely with all departments to ensure hotel is presented well.
