**About the role**
Executes inventory control measures to ensure warehousing and inventory processes are carried out in a timely manner, accuracy of inventory information and correct storage of products is maintained. The role works closely with purchasing, inwards goods and despatch functions to ensure necessary functions are carried out correctly.
**Core objectives include**:
- Ensure accurate and timely receipting of products
- Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to system-generated reports.
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; tracks orders and investigates problems.
- Allocates Inventory in warehouse, product are correctly labelled and stored in correct locations.
- Reconciliation of finished goods production counts
- Facilitate cycle-counts in accordance with Tribe standards.
- Trial staging raw materials for weeks brews
- Prepare, generate, and file inventory reports; review reports monthly with management
- Performs administration duties, including data entry, maintaining inwards goods manifest, providing driver paperwork, scanning/filing receipts and dockets
- Distributing deliveries to departments.
- Forecast inventory ensuring correct storage space availability
- Arrange transfers between External Warehouse and Production Facility
- Supports the development of safety stock and actively participates in improvement processes
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment and supports Tribe safety initiatives
- Manual handling tasks involving stacking and de-stacking stock form part of the day-to-day operations of this function. Manual handling guidelines are to be adhered to
