Are you someone who is motivated to see digital transformation and continuous improvement of systems that support the licensing of Queensland's gas workers and to proactively manage projects to communicate and inform gas workers, industry representatives and the community about using gas safely and requirements and obligations for conducting gas work?
- Ability to develop recommendations and implement change strategies to deliver quality customer service, operational outcomes, and improvements to business systems and processes
- Strong leadership and management skills, including experience in team guidance, developing and administering business plans, problem solving, and budget management
- Ability to communicate with confidence to RSHQ management and engage successfully with industry stakeholders and registered training organisations
- Applications will remain current for a period of up to 12 months and may be considered for other vacancies (identical or similar).
- Prior to appointment, current and previous public sector employees are required to disclose any history of serious disciplinary action in accordance with section 71 of the Public Sector Act 2022.
