Established by Miss Anne Shearer in 1957, our kindergarten was born from a passion for early childhood education, right here on the Redcliffe Peninsula. We're all about creating a warm, enriched environment where every child can thrive and prepare for the next big steps in life.

Our beautiful, spacious gardens give children a chance to explore, discover, and connect with nature every day. Inside, our play areas are thoughtfully designed for child-led experiences, providing endless inspiration for children to learn, play, and grow.

Our Kindergarten Extended Hours Program is an exciting part of our approach, taking the day's learning smoothly into the afternoon. As one of our cherished Kindergarten Extended Hours Coordinators, you'll work hand-in-hand with our team, guiding each child's development so they can blossom into confident, curious, and capable lifelong learners.

**What you'll bring**

Whether you're an experienced early childhood professional, newly graduated or just commencing your studies, if you're energetic, fun and committed to guiding children's early learning and development, we'll set you up for success

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have or be willing to work towards:

- A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and hold or actively working (at least 50% completed) towards an ACECQA Approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification (highly desirable)
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
- A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
