Our client, a leading brand powerhouse, is seeking the expertise of an SAP Data Manager to lead the Data stream in a large program of work. An initial 6 month contract with a view to extend and based in Melbourne, this is a sought-after role on a major piece of work.

**THE JOB;**

You will be responsible with all things related to Data Excellence, Data Quality, Data Governance and Master Data Management. You will be responsible for the analysis of their current data structures to propose a solution of how to manage their current data. You will identify, create and then be involved in the roll out of new Data procedures to ensure Master Data best practices are put in place. This role will require you to liaise with senior managers from all aspects of the business to gain their trust and get them on-board and involved.

**ABOUT YOU;**
- Minimum 15 years' experience working as a Subject Matter Expert on Data Stewardship, Data Governance or Data Quality roles across most SAP systems (SD, MM, FICO etc )
- Need strong, proven track record of leading organisational wide data migrations in SAP environment, across all aspects of SAP, Logistics, Supply China Finance etc, preferably in FMCG
- Strong understanding of Data Structures
- Experience in setting up Data Governance across the business
- Strong Business and Stakeholder engagement skills
