The role involves preparing and presenting high-quality dishes across breakfast buffet, à la carte lunch and dinner, and conference catering.
Working within a team of four chefs, you will support daily operations and take initiative when working independently.
You\u2019ll be expected to follow strict stock rotation procedures, minimise wastage, and assist with stock control.
Equipment care and cleanliness are essential, with any issues reported to the Executive Chef.
