As the Chief of Staff and Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our fintech SaaS platform while fostering a positive work culture.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and refine the company's strategic priorities

Oversee and optimize the organization's operations, processes, and workflows, driving efficiency, scalability, and compliance

Coach, mentor, and support team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth, collaboration, and continuous learning

Take ownership of the business operations in the CEO's absence, making informed decisions and driving the company forward

Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and various departments, fostering effective communication, collaboration

Take an active role in the fundraising process

Experience working in the startup / SaaS sector and have been exposed to the fundraising process

Any experience in the FinTech space will be highly regarded

Proven experience working in a startup environment, demonstrating agility, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Strong customer-centric focus in everything that they do

Experience in fundraising for startups, including knowledge of investor relations, pitch deck creation, and financial modelling highly regarded

Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach, coupled with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a rapidly evolving fintech SaaS landscape

$100-120K + Super
