Lead the FP&A function for the organisation

Our client is a well respected WA organisation, with strong ties to the resources sector, they have national operations across the supply chain industry.
They are seeking an experienced FP&A specialist to head up this function for the company.
The core focus of the role is working with Commercial Managers (National), GM Finance and CFO to produce the budget (annual) and forecast (monthly) for board approval
- Preparation of budget / forecast to be ground-up through activity drivers, so will require analysis of key business drivers.
- Develop, implement and manage financial and economic models for the company
- Providing analysis on weekly and monthly financials to the EGM Operations & GM Finance
- Supporting the EGM of Operations as required (e.g. on Business Cases, Tenders, etc)
- Analyse internal reports from sales, marketing, finance and operational areas and drive improvement in growth and profitability
- Investigate variances and propose solutions to rectify problems
- Multi-site KPI reporting and variance analysis
- Assess fleet utilisation and consider improvements to fleet performance reporting.
Your profile:
The role requires a suitably qualified CA/CPA Accountant with strong experience across the FP&A function.
