Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional leader to manage our Adelaide store in South Australia. As a key figure in the region, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategy to improve store performance, leveraging client relationships, visual merchandising, product assortment, and in-store operations.
  2. Provide direction and coaching to the store team through daily feedback and goal-setting, fostering a winning culture.
  3. Ensure a consistent, luxurious client experience by responding promptly to feedback and concerns.
  4. Design and implement a client development plan to engage and grow high-value clients, building meaningful relationships.
  5. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver sales results and achieve targets.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience leading teams of 15+ people in retail or client-focused environments.
  • Proven track record in sales generation, managing sales results, and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Technical knowledge of precious metals and gemstones desirable.
