Kapital Care is a family friendly company that prides itself on being a leader in the community care industry. We are seeking passionate and experienced Community Support/Care Workers for Aged and Disability Services for an immediate start.

**_Requirements and Key Selection Criteria: _**
- Certificate III or higher in Aged/Disability/ Individual Support or working towards qualifications
- Senior First Aid Certificate
- Working with Vulnerable People/ Police Check
- Current drivers licence and a reliable car
- Relevant insurances
- Position will be based predominately on the North side of Canberra
- A passion to help people achieve their care needs and social goals
- A positive energetic and professional attitude
- Excellent problem solving skills and be able to adapt quickly to change
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent team work skills
- High level of organisational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
- Flexible working hours

**Salary**: From $30.95 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
Required to have TWO covid vaccinations and one booster. Face masks and gloves are a must for every shift including travelling with a client.
