Security Leadership Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead the development of enterprise-wide cyber security strategies and ensure secure design across all technology domains. We seek a strategic Security Architect with a passion for embedding risk-informed practices.
Develop and implement comprehensive cyber security architectures that align with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on governance and risk initiatives.
Conduct security architecture reviews and establish formal review cadences for initiatives.
Design secure architectures for high-risk platforms using industry-recognized frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK or STRIDE.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in at least two areas: IGA, DLP, Zero Trust Architecture, Secure Software Development Lifecycle, or Cloud Security Posture Management. They will have proven work experience as a Security Architect across various technology stacks and excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Tertiary qualification in IT, Cyber security, Risk Management, or a related field.
Certifications in CISSP, CCSP, or SABSA required.
Experience in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, SABSA, or Zachman.
7+ years' experience working as a security architect.
Demonstrated ability to lead security architecture maturity assessments.
Experience working across complex organisational matrices.
