The RoleAs an Associate Structural Engineer, your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Leading project delivery from concept design through to construction, ensuring technical excellenceContributing to strategic planning and growth initiativesOverseeing project financials including fee proposals, resourcing, budgeting, and profitabilityManaging and mentoring engineers and drafters within the team, fostering a high-performance culturePeer review of design work and documentation to ensure quality and complianceRepresenting the business in client meetings, presentations, and industry forumsContributing to the continual improvement of systems, processes, and design standards About YouTo be successful in this role you will have:A minimum of 8+ years of relevant structural engineering experience within the Australian marketRelevant tertiary qualifications (Structural/Civil Engineering)CPEng accreditationStrong leadership capabilities and experience managing teams and/ or projectsProven ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationshipsA track record of driving business performance through technical and commercial contributionsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and influenceA proactive and strategic mindset with a passion for growing business and peopleWhat's on OfferOn offer is the chance to join a forward-thinking, people-focused consultancy with a genuine commitment to leadership development.
