Are you a certified Master IV (NC)
Primary duties will include :
Masterfully handle our vessels with precision and professionalism.
Ensure a consistently high standard of safety and service for passengers and crew.
Provide excellent customer service to our passengers.
Supervise and lead a crew of 20-30 members, including deckhands, aquatic staff, and cruise attendants.
Collaborate with the Head of Operations and Engineering to maintain vessels to the highest standards.
To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate will have :
Master IV Qualification
Experience in a similar role within the tourism industry
Associated MED certificates considered an advantage
A high level of grooming and presentation
The ability to adhere to company operating standards
You will be required to work over a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
We expect our team to maintain a high level of grooming and presentation, as you will be a role model for other staff and will interact closely with our passengers.
