Downer Transport & Infrastructure is seeking an **Apprentice Civil Construction Workers **to join our business. You'll be joining a highly supportive team and will gain valuable hands-on experience while completing a Civil Construction Apprenticeship - earn while you learn Downer's Apprenticeship Program will provide the skills, guidance, and development that can lead to an exciting career in the civil industry.

- Shadow and learn from various crew members on the operations of road construction and surfacing, and the associated equipment
- Carry out general labour duties including loading and unloading plant
- Work towards obtaining plant tickets including roller, skid steer, and excavator

**ABOUT YOU**
- **Current Driver's Licence**:

- **Current General Construction Induction card**:

- Willingness to learn and a can-do attitude
- Strong team player with the proven ability to work efficiently with others
- Strong commitment to a Zero Harm culture
