A leading Financial Services provider is seeking a Senior Splunk / New Relic Support Engineer with a proven background in monitoring and building dashboards to join their team on a permanent basis.This organisation is currently undergoing significant transformation across its digital and customer platforms, with a strong focus on stability, observability and customer experience.Joining a small, dynamic team supporting an internal Customer Loyalty Platform, your key responsibilities will include :Building and developing dashboards in Splunk / New RelicMonitoring and incident responsePlatform insights and data analysisEngaging with other engineering squads to resolve integration issuesTo be successful in this role, you will need :Tertiary qualifications and / or relevant industry certifications (i.e. Splunk / New Relic)Solid background working in a DevOps / SRE capacity within large, complex environmentsStrong experience working with Splunk / New Relic including building complex dashboards and troubleshootingProven experience supporting large, customer-facing platformsUnderstanding of ITIL practices including incident / problem / change processes combined with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow )Good working knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS), containerisation (Kubernetes, Docker), and API gateway tools (e.g., Apigee)Strong stakeholder engagement and excellent written and verbal communication skillsAdvanced problem solving and troubleshooting skills with a mindset for continuous improvementIn return, my client is offering :Hybrid work arrangement (50% of time in the office)Exposure to high-visibility digital platforms and modern tech stacksCollaborative and supportive team environmentTo be considered for this exciting opportunity, please apply online now
