Own It.FOIT is looking for a full-time Senior Systems Engineer (Level 3) to join our Sydney CBD office.This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer who wants to combine technical depth, project delivery, and client leadership.
You'll be the senior escalation point for complex managed services issues while also leading high-end cloud, security, and infrastructure projects.More specifically, you will be:Leading end-to-end projects across Azure, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and hybrid infrastructureActing as the senior escalation point for complex managed services issues (networking, systems, security)Partnering directly with clients to scope, design, and implement enterprise-grade solutionsPresenting solutions and managing stakeholders as a trusted technical advisorMentoring junior engineers, lifting technical capability across the teamDriving improvements in client and internal infrastructure environmentsChampioning vendor platforms such as Microsoft, N-able, SentinelOne, and PRTGYour Toolkit: Technical, Tactical, Team PlayerYou're more than just a troubleshooter — you're a solutions-driven engineer with proven client-facing skills.
