Tasks and Qualifications:
Your responsibilities:
Diagnose and trouble shoot software and hardware issues with our advanced LSG equipment.
Become familiar with our Linde Service App to receive jobs from our service allocators and log relevant information.
Demonstrate Customer Service and communication skills while looking after your own customer patch.
Be able to assist in repairs of units in the workshop and assist other service techs as required.
Participate in our after-hours on call service roster for any after-hour issues in accordance with company policies and industrial agreements.
Servicing and repairs on various sizes and models of forklifts.
Requirements for success:
You will have amechanical background, ideally having worked onforklifts, heavy equipmentorautomotive.
We're looking for a Technician who has a positive attitude to work, enjoy servicing and maintenance work and are willing to go the extra mile and become a valuable member of our Linde team.
