About the Role
As a Banking Consultant in our Karingal Branch, you'll play a key role in helping to assist customers with their financial needs, while educating them on all our digital options. You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
You will be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of ANZ.

What will your day look like?
**As a Banking Consultant, you will have the opportunity to**:
- Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value,
- Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives,
- Take responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective, and
- Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
