Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
Participating in a comprehensive training program to develop sales skills and knowledge.
Learning from experienced mentors who provide guidance and support.
Engaging in training sessions covering various sales techniques, methodologies, and strategies.
Gaining in-depth knowledge of Subaru's products and services.
Shadowing experienced sales professionals during customer interactions to learn best practices.
Gradually increasing customer interaction responsibilities under mentor supervision.
Collaborating with different teams to achieve business goals.
Rotating across multiple dealerships to broaden training experience.
Accessing commissions upon completion of the cadet program.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
A genuine passion for sales and a high level of motivation for success.
Interest in or passion for the automotive industry.
Ability to work collaboratively with various teams to achieve organizational goals.
