WesTrac are looking for a **Product Manager - Building Construction Products (BCP) and Worktools **to join our Construction Industry (CI) sale team in this newly created role.

Reporting to the CI Product and After Market Manager, this individual will be accountable for managing and achieving sales growth and profitability of the BCP Product and Worktools market segment. In this newly created role, the successful individual will be responsible for creating go-to-market plans and will manage the successful introduction of new products into the WA market. As part of the introduction, this individual will manage the new product introduction process, ensuring preparations necessary for business readiness and developing strategies to increase market share and achieving budget growth targets.

The role will be an industry recognised expert and will work closely with both Caterpillar and internal stakeholders to develop, implement, manage and execute the division sales plans and strategies.

The successful applicant for this role will be a well-seasoned sales professional who possess exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and has strong demonstrated influencing ability, coupled with sound business and commercial acumen.

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Tertiary qualification in either an engineering or commercial discipline, or significant demonstrated commercial and business experience
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines
- Have advanced leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire, influence and motivate
- High level of initiative and problem-solving skills with the ability and drive to follow through with required actions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise at a high level and diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
- Be able set and clearly communicate business targets and expectations aligned with WesTrac values
