OverviewOur client is looking for an experienced Integration Lead to join a large-scale finance modernisation program.
This role will lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions, ensuring systems work seamlessly together to deliver operational efficiency and enhanced functionality.
Working closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and the system integrator, you'll play a pivotal role in setting the integration strategy, managing delivery, and providing oversight for all integration-related activities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and review integration designs and ensure alignment with program goalsOversee the development and implementation of standardised, reusable APIsManage integration governance, lifecycle processes, and release schedulesCollaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and resolve technical challengesEnsure quality through system integration testing and adherence to best practicesProvide third-level support during the program's hyper-care phaseMaintain documentation, status reporting, and contribute to knowledge managementContract details8 month ongoing contract to start ASAPLead the Mulesoft Integration activities for a large transformation programVery flexible working environment - only 1 or 2 days in the officeRequirementsRelevant degree or qualification in IT, software development, or related fieldProven experience leading integration projects in complex enterprise environmentsStrong technical skills in Java, Mule 4, ESB, XML, JSON, SQL, REST/SOAP APIsExperience with SOA concepts and enterprise service bus design (preferably MuleSoft)Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levelsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skillsExperience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologiesWorking with Children Check and ability to pass a police checkLocationMelbourne, Victoria, AustraliaDesired Skills and ExperienceMulesoft DevelopmentIntegration ArchitectureTeam coordination / Technical leadershipSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesInformation Services
